The front desk was very friendly. The make you feel welcome since the moment you step in the lobby. The different pools are big, so there is always space for everyone. The food and entairtament is great. They have diferent activities every day, so even if you dont leave the hotel, there is always something to do. I had a wonderful experience and recommended to anyone. Is safe and clean. No worries.

Wow, where do I begin? Aventura Spa Palace was the best managed and customer friendly resort that my wife and I have every stayed at. We were there with a group to celebrate our son's wedding. The private wedding ceremony and reception could not have been prepared any better. The photographer was excellent and we can't wait to see the pictures. We arrived four days early and enjoyed all of the amenities provided by Aventura Spa Palace. Unfortunately, I arrived with a sinus infection; however, their public service group were outstanding in helping me get with my doctor back in Michigan. With this help, I recovered the next day and was enjoying all that Aventura Spa Palace had to offer. The food was excellent. Each of the eight on-site Restaurants had great service and provided a wonderful array of appetizers and en trees. I guess the best comment I can make is that we're already planning a trip back to Aventura Spa Palace for next year.

The service was great and staff were very friendly and eager to please. However, there is a language barrier and TIPS are often expected. The overall facility was clean. We did have a problem with small ants, as did 2 other couples traveling with us. They took over a carry on bag left on a dresser in the room. The bed is very firm, but the bedding and pillows were fabulous! Great ammenties, such as wireless internet, free phone calls to the US, mini bar with in room liquor dispensers, robes/slippers, quaility bathroom products. The food was "okay." Having stayed at other All Inclusive Resorts with great food, we were overall disappointed with the food. The pool areas are great. The beach area was very disappointing, as they really do not have a beach. You only have access to the coves, which are basically like another swimming pool. The only activities in the coves is snorkeling and kayaking. They require a life jacket when kayaking, which we were not sure why... given the water is only 4-5 feet deep and as calm as the pool. The resort did include several excursions. We did enjoy the Tulum tour of the Mayan Civilization. Our guide was very informed and did an amazing job of giving the history of the Mayan's. The snorkeling excursion was "TERRIBLE." The reef was dead, they crammed 120 people into a very small boat, required a life jacket the entire time, and food was also terrible. Entertainment was okay, we often found ourselves looking for something to do at night. Would suggest renting a car so you can go into Playa, Cancun, or visit other Palace Resorts which are included.

Aventura Spa Palace is very staff friendly.I really enjoyed the spa. The current pool didn't have the same force as when we went the first time and that was disappointing. The biggest obstacle was the transportation when we arrived at the airport. We were in at 730pm and the driver kept making us wait to fill up a van even though thre were no other flights coming in and it was obvious nooene else was needing a ride,The return trip to the airport was great.

Extremely friendly, prompt, and helpful service from all the Palace employees. It was easy to get near the same spot at the pool every day and no reservations or waiting for dinner at any of the many great restaurants. Most rooms have ocean views and there are a lot of honeymooners there. Great service, top shelf drinks, and great food. The only downsides are the 1-1.5 hour ride from airport and not the place to go if you are a beach person who collects sea shells.

We had never heard of this resort and did a lot of research and it to be one of the best in the area. We were blown away by all that Aventura had to offer. We were waited on hand on foot and never felt like we made a bad choice go there. We were also amazed at all the different food choices the resort had to offer. It was nice that it was all inclusive and you did not have to worry about carrying a wallet with you everywhere you went. This is a beautiful place and we will definitely be back!!!!

I'm sure everyone at home is sick of me raving about this place, but it was unbelievable!!! The staff was so amazingly friendly and helpful that my husband and i actually started to ask for things just to see if they would say no, or seem upset. They just all looked like they loved their job. The food was excellent and the bartenders and entertainers were so much fun. The spa was HUGE and it was the best massage i've ever had. We just loved it and can't wait to go back!! The only recommendation i would have is that if someone is going just for the beach, it doesn't have an open area, just a man made lagoon. I hear the moon palace (which is owned by the same company) has a beautiful beach.

They wait on you hand and foot over there. They are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing in some areas if that is what you want to do, or they have another side that is a party zone. They have music and games and a swim up bar. You can eat anytime you want. It was wonderful.

My wife and I haven't gotten away since our honeymoon 5 years ago so I wanted to pick a place that would be special and conjure fond memories...and I did good:) This place was amazing from the hospitality, location, comfort of the room to the food and drinks this resort exceeded even my wife's lofty expectations. We were able to go on two excursions that were included in the price and transportation to local shopping areas was also included. My wife's only knock was that they didn't have a Starbucks (dude...we're in the Mayan Ruins). The 18+ atmosphere is a very nice change from downtown Cancun and there are still plenty of people to play with if you wish. We'll definitely be heading back, hopefully before our 10 year anniversary.

My wife and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the spa services were excellent, and the condition of the hotel/grounds was in great shape. We'll most certainly return!!

Aventura Spa Palace was much nicer that I expected when I booked it for my honeymoon. I had heard that sometimes the food may be hit or miss, and that it is hard to get a drink. But none of that happened to us. Food was good and readily avaliable and there was never a line for a table at the restaurants. The room was nice and well cared for and the pool was great. There is plenty to do and explore at the resort so there isn't really any reason to leave, but if you do decide to, there is alot close by in Playa Del Carmen.

This was our first time to Cancun. The resort was aboslutley perfect from the time you entered the well manicured private drive. There are 7 or 8 different restaurants on the campus to choose. There were numerous pools. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only dissatisfaction ... they do not have a beach.

The Adventura Spa Palace is by far the best vacation spot I have ever stayed! The hotel cleanliness was remarkable and the service could not be beat!

The resort was immaculate. The staff were very friendly and waited on us hand and foot. The room was nice. Food was great. Our only complaint was the lack of beach, which we knew prior to going. There is a lagoon where we had fun snorkling. Great place if you are looking for something low key and relaxing. There is not much to do at night.

Even the landscapers would stop working as you walked by to say good day (buenos dias that is). It completely exceeded my wife and my expectations. The rooms were decorated with a very modern and sophisticated look yet were extremely comfortable at the same time. I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food but thought that La Hacienda was extraordinary. The facilities were all very well kept. This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. Not the best place to go if you are looking for a ton of nightlife. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend it for couples-young and old and small groups of friends who are looking to totally unwind in paradise.

The Aventura Spa Palace was a great hotel, great staff, but the food was just decent. They put us in a room that was clearly less than desirable. The next morning we were moved to a room that fit our requests. Great way to start a trip! That being said, things did get better but we probably won't make a return trip.

We have stayed at 2 Palace Resorts and have loved both of them. The food is great and their are many choices. We like that you pay one price and get the benefits at all the other Palce hotels in Cancun.

Just returned from 4 nights at this all adult, all inclusive resort, an almost perfect get-away. The resort is absolutely eye candy, inside and out. Lush tropical grounds and interiors complete the illusion, like something out of a movie. No babies in diapers dunking in the pools, no children running around creating havoc, no money changing hands once there...heaven! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The only minor complaint I would have is the food at the restaurants. It is certainly edible, and enough variety that a finicky eater can scrounge up something for himself but, it does not stand up to 5 star restaurant quality. Presentation is always nice, taste and quality of product not as good as I hoped. Even without a sandy beach (overrated) or nearby shopping, it is definitely a good value for the money spent and we would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel was the most pleasant hotel I ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and I will visit it again one day. Each room has a spa in them and that was so romantic.
