My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacations here, we liked everything, the place, the people, we want to back soon, we strong recommend it. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, the staff very nice, we received help from them before we get to the hotel, Gloria help us with the transportation from the airport and with our tour to Chichen Itza, Victoria received us and help us with our tour, the club beach discounts and our return to the airport. In Playa del Carmen we do not needed transportation at all, we walked to the beach (just 2 minutes from the hotel), we walked thru the Quinta Avenida 10 meters from the hotel. We had a very nice surprise with Playa del Carmen, it is a safe place, very nice people, beautiful beach, a place to relax and rest.

A very nice hotel. Great location for my visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good sized rooms. I will use the hotel again for accomodations.

My stay at Coco Rio was wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean and the owners of the hotel were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The price for the room was amazing and I would highly recommend staying here and the location is great. The beach club that the hotel sends its guests to is so beautiful and everything in town is within walking distance of this pretty yet very quiet, peaceful and affordable hotel.
