Hotel was in a great location. You get what you pay for. Balcony door would not close properly, I asked to have it inspected, hotel clerk (Felipe) said he would have it checked, but never sent anybody. After asking about the status of when door was going to be checked, another employee immediately moved us to another room. Felipe is very rude and needs customer service training. But other than that our hotel stay was enjoyable. The restaurant on premises is not very good, and a little pricey for the poor service that they provide. Be aware of the concierge services and of your so called complimentary breakfast. What it actually is, is timeshare people trying to lure you into attending one of their 90minute pitch.

We really enjoyed the location. The hotel is located between the golden zone and the old Mazatlan. We didn't want to stay in the golden zone but we were glad the hotel was a 10 minute walk when we wanted to go. The view of the beach from our room was incredible. the staff were friendly. The beds were very hard. Over all we enjoyed our stay. the hotel is no frills so if your looking for a fancy hotel this wouldn't suit you.

In the midst of the heat, the only elevator available broke down and I was on the 7th floor, so it was a painful climb for a couple of days. The rooms were pretty comfortable, so that helped.
