This hotel is an excellent choice. I have been staying there going on two years. Would not change. Centrally located on reform and Mariano Escobego cuts comute time. Excellent secuirty at all times. Staff knows how to practice what has been preached to the - Outstanding and Verty Accomodating service. The Restaurant has an excellent variety and their Sunday Brunch is the talk of the town. The atmosphere and staff on the Executive Floor are incomparable. The view of Chapultepec Park is incredible. This hotel is a businessman's paradise.

The hotel staff was incredible. They were cordial and gracious. The spa was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. I have never given a hotel a perfect score.

it was comfortable, clean, sometimes they forgot the trash but upon notify customer service they would come right away and fix any issues. Daily chocolates and fixed your bed every night, that was a good surprise. Your able to exchange dollars to pesos at a good rate. Good overall stay, and would return if had the option.

I felt very comfortable and secure in this hotel. They seemed to really know how to take care of the business traveler but didn't quite know what to do with me who liked to walk, take the metro and generally be a more leisurely traveler.

The Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec exceeded our expectations for the price and beauty of the rooms. The staff were very accomodating to the needs of my large family. Perhaps they were not that full when we traveled, but they went out of their way to make sure we had not only rooms next to each other, but adjoining. We had a lovely view of Chapultepec Park from our rooms. Our stay was comfortable and luxurious. Thank you to the staff at the Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec!

The staff of the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. I know only a working knowledge of spanish and was able to communicate with most of the staff either in english or my poor spanish. My room was kept in excellent fashion and was very clean with no hint of smoke or foul odor. Highly Recommended!!

The Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec was very impressive for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the appealing and relaxing theme of the rooms as well as the location. It was a mere hop over to the Chapultepec Park and trendy shops. The bathroom was incredible complete with glass doors and very roomy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and catered to our every request with a smile.
