The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. Expect to pay *U.S . minimum a day to have a good time. They have a pushy time share tour they want you to take. They give you some perks for going on the tour they offered me 150 grand bucks which showed up on my bill during checkout but did not show on my credit statement I paid for every service that the Grand bucks was used for. Its is lovely just don't give them your credit card and don't take the tour they want you to go on.

Pros: Staff is super friendly. Resort/rooms/pool area/beach are all very clean. 90 minute timeshare presentation was worth it! We got room credit (used at check-out), 2 free massages, 1 free breakfast, (2) 30% off coupons for on-site restaurants, (2) 40% coupons for additional massages and discounts on all activites we did outside of the hotel. Food was great. Overall, semi-pricey, but it's expected. We don't drink, so no comments on that. Cons: Beach is semi-swimmable and sand is very rough on the feet. Taxi ride to downtown is per person one way. per person per day to use the gym. Some kids at the resort. But that's all! Pros farrrrrrr out weigh the cons. Definitely one of the top resorts in Cabo. When in downtown, try these fine dining restaurants: Lorenzillo's, Romeo Y Julieta and La Fonda. Zoo bar is a fun club (filled with lots of younger adults (16 - 25), but still fun). Go to Senor Sweets for desert... it's at the Peurto Paraiso mall. As for activities, we HIGHLY recommend: CaboDolphins Dolphins Encounter, Wave runbers at JT's and the CaboRey sunset dinner.

While on the pricey side, the Fiesta Americana makes the extra effort, with an escort to the room followed by a 'fresh fruit' delivery. The room was smaller than I wanted, but very clean and nice--GREAT view of ocean and poolS. The pools were excellent (dark blue tiles and a swim-up bar). Great service at the pools also. Can not swim in ocean due to 'under-tow'. The spa looked great, but we only used the exercise room--which was minimal on equipment, but enough for a total workout. Overall, a great experience.

Exceptional service, very accomodating and friendly, professional and efficient. Great beach and pool area. Rooms were very nice with patio and water view. Penninsula Restaurant service and food was exceptional as was Rosata, both on premises. Services are a bit pricey and even coffee in room is not free, but our stay there was worth every penny. Good location and very safe. Excellent spa services. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, pampered vacation.

The Feista Americana Grand Los Cabos is located on the Corridor between San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo, which made it convenient to visit each city. The hotel's accomodations were very good. They have several restaurants in the hotel and the house-keeping services were very sufficient.

The Fiesta Americana is a hidden gem in Cabo. The rooms are comfortable, the pools are vast and always super clean, and it's only a short distance into town. I love coming here.

i loved it here the people were friendly and curteous, when i called for laundry service it was picked up in ten minutes and returned within a few hours pressed and starched!!! when i needed snorkeling or fishing gear they were easy to get from the activities director(think his name was jose or juan) the place was very clean almost immaculate. i work in the construction field so i noticed little things but no one else in the group noticed until i asked on saturday night. the food was very good and the tequilla was great, i couldnt walk past a single person on thier staff without an "hola and a smile" that is what really made the place comfy. the staff answered every question i could possibly think of and they did it fast and were well versed in english for the most part(more so than i expected). the bell hops were quick with my luggage and very respectful of my things, and the valet and the concerige were the most helpful people. if you go please take the time to travel to a resturant in san jose called Tequillas they have a very beautiful courtyard dining room and a great meal selection, also talk time to go on the glass bottom boat tour(probably not worth the money but its pretty cool to see the sea lions up close and ask lots of questions about the rocks and beaches! i would love to go to this resort again although it is short on kids activities! HAVE FUN!!!!

From the time we first entered the grounds it was apparent that the Fiesta is top shelf all the way. The staff was very friendly and accomidating of our every need. The concierge was outstanding with everthing from transportation to adventures to golf.If you golf, this is the place to be.The Cabo Del Sol Ocean Course is right there, the course was ranked 69th in the world a couple of years ago and is both beautiful & challeging. The rooms are very comfortable & clean, and the view from our balcony was awsome. We LOVED the pool area.. Our poolside waiter, absolutly ROCKED.Thanks to all at the Fiesta,...We'll be back.

I have stayed at the two Grand Fiesta American properties in Cabo and Cancun seven times and they never disappoint. The room is good but the facility, pool and grounds are supurb. I have worked the last twenty years for Lexus and stay at five star hotels around the world frequently. This hotel makes the grade. I notice at the best of the best the hotel staffs makes eye contact and offer a pleasant greeting. Here as well. It was a pleasure.

The food at this hotel was overpriced and not so great. The staff kept trying to sell us a time share the second we steped in the lobby. If you speak Spanish this is the hotel for you. Don't expect to see too many Americans vacationing here. Expect to pay $5.50 for using the packaged coffee in your room. Best: View from our room, swimming in water, room service, and ocean front cabanas.

This hotel was nice all around -- the staff were friendly, the hotel (and room) were very clean, and the hotel grounds were well maintained. Overall, this hotel is very quite so if you're looking for a party-like atmosphere then this isn't the place for you; however,if you're looking to simply relax by the pool or beach then it's perfect. At night a flamenco guitar player performed by the pool. You can take a cab into Cabo San Jose or Cabo San Lucas (since the hotel is in between both) if you're looking for a little adventure. The hotel is pretty long cab ride from the airport -- take a shuttle to save money or ride with others. I only had two real complaints about this hotel. The restaurants didn't offer much Mexican food (mostly Americanized food). Second, the service is somewhat slow. When sitting by the pool or beach I began to order 2 drinks so that I had something in reserve since the waiter came around relatively infrequently.

The location and beauty of the grounds was incredible. This is a great place to relax if that is what you are interested in doing. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of any nightlife. The pools would have been more fun if they had some organized activities to get people involved and get acquainted. It would also keep people at the hotel. We spent alot of time going other places to eat, etc. because is was too quiet and there was nothing going on. Serenity is great to a certain extent but they need some other options for those who are getting bored! The cab ride into town is expensive. The food, drinks, and staff were great!

The hotel was lovely. The grounds are attractive and well-maintained. We had a room on the 6th floor of the Grand Club with a beautiful view. The Grand Club amenities -- the continental breakfast, all day beverages and evening appetizers and cocktails were well worth the extra money. Also, the personalized attention of the GC concierges is very nice. The hotel was great.

This hotel has everyting you want and is located in a private gated community with 2 golf courses. The pools - food - service are all great and not overpriced in comparison. Try to get floors 2 and above for the view. Golf on Ocean Course is an experience but the Desert course is also great an half the price. Easy 15 minute cab ride into town for $20US. We will definity go back.
