It is nice to travel several thousand miles from home and be remembered by a staff who has not seen you for a year. The facility is very clean and has comfortable feel. All room are ocean front. There are several good eating places within walking distance. You can eat at the hotel as well. We had another great experience at Fiest Inn.

Try to get a room on the south side for the great balcony views. Very friendly staff. The exchange rate in the hotel was almost as good as the bank

The bar should be open either on the beach or inside the hotel. Neither was. The beds are just not acceptable my hips ached continually. They need to be upgraded. The rest of the hotel was ok.

We stayed at the Fiesta Inn prior to our timeshare. It is just a basic room. There is no safe in the room or clock. No washcloths in the bathroom. Will have to ask for more hangers in the closet. There is no lounge to get a drink or a place to order food until dinner. The hotel needs an upgrade.

we had a problem with the internet by a card we paid 57.50 pesos, and we could use it just one time for 3 minutes eventough we check out time and the reception answer was never to replace it or fix it less to receive our money back.

The hotel is small but it has restaurant and pool and it is in a good location for the price. The only problem that I saw is that the pool was not heated and in January even when Mazatlan is warm the cold air from the north makes you feel a little chilly so you do need the pool to be heated. Other hotels do have that. If you go in spring-summer this is not a problem but take it under consideration if you are planning to go in winter like we did. Anyway we had a great time.

Unlike most hotels i've stayed at in Mazatlan, Fiesta Inn i believe is best for travelors looking for a quiet stay in a relaxing/business type atmosphere. The rooms were simple & nice, kept very clean and service was prompt/ helpful when needed."

We asked for a 7am wake up call so we could make a tour that we had booked and no one called us. Luckily, we woke up in time to barely make it. When we asked why they had no explanation and wouldn't even apologize. The travel person at the travel desk was the only person we felt was friendly and helpful at the Hotel.
