The reception employes did not have first hand information about the use of calling card(International Long distance). The door bells were quite helpful in finding a taxi cab for a city tour and to bargain a good price. The rest of person, mainly inthe restaurant very nice and polite. If you are in a bussness trip the hotel is a good selection.I will stay again..

Great hotel for a quick trip. The hotel staff was outstanding and always helpful. Great job. The pool was a little bit too small and when l was told that the pool was going to be clean during the morning, why not clean in when every guess is at sleep.

The hotel was O.K. with good service generally, however the dining service was slow and they tried to charge me for a meal that I never ordered.

The hotel was at a good location and the greeting was nice, but at the time, the front desk employees seemed to not know what to do. All of them would ask each other questions. Rooms were not available, lobby was full of people waiting on rooms and some leaving and returning back to see if a room had become available.

Decent hotel for the price, except for having to pay for parking each and every time you leave the hotel.

I have stayed several times at the Fiesta Inn Monterrey while traveling on business in Mexico. I have been very pleased with the service I have received and the comfortable room to come to after a long day of business. I will continue to use this hotel for each visit to Monterrey.

Overall, this hotel was not bad. We stayed at the Sheraton Ambassador the night before but we paid 225USD and the service and room accommodations were almost the same. Overall, not a bad hotel. Just needs a major room renovation. GET UPDATED.

Everything was fine, except the pool was dirty on the day we wanted to get in, I was surprised because I've stayed there before and everything was perfect, so obviously this time I was disappointed at that. other than that no other complaints.
