I chose this hotel based on reviews on another travel site and Le Meridien's reputation for excellence and I was not dissapointed. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a wet towel and fruit juice. The bellman helped me with my luggage and explained the layout of the hotel without being asked. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is immaculate and beautiful. I couldn't ask for more. The only complaint I have (which isn't anyone's fault) is the construction going on next door. It didn't disturb me any (no real noise to talk about) but just wasn't pleasing to the eye. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone willing to pay for comfort, quality and peace of mind. Happy vacationing!

It was great! We went to there for our honeymoon trip. No regret at all. We could have a lot of fun and we really enjoyed! I wanna visit sometime again :)

Absolutely beautiful hotel; loved the infinity pools with 3 separate temperatures.

Enjoyed our hotel stay; however, the hotel restaurant food is definitely not worth the price. Fortunately, there are some good restaurants in the area -- some are located in neighboring hotels.

The hotel was very nice. Pools were clean and comfortable. Rooms were nice, but had some issues with the cable going out. Staff was nice but i called a day in advance asking for a king bed and pool veiw, which they said they would give me, but when i got there they said they were all out of king size bed rooms, and pool veiws.

The facilities and location are breath-taking. The beach area here is one of the best in the hotel zone. The staff is very professional & courteous. The prices for the restaurants on site are a little high; but the quality is superb.

the hotel was superb. The service was wonderful--nice and courteous (pool side service a little slower-but you are reaxing so not as important). The spa and the gym are great. Gym needs better airconditioning, but the equipmet is up to date and kept in good condition.

Very nice hotel with a young, sophisticated euro type of crowd. Good restaurant and a great spa. The only complaint was that there was construction going on at the lot next door. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

Very polite, attentive and friendly. Much nicer location than many of the other 4 Star properties. It was also right on the beach and had beautiful swimming pools. The rooms were some of the nicest that I have ever stayed in.

The hotel was beautiful, and the service was definitely above and beyond anything I expected. There was always a staff member available to help with whatever I needed, and they were pleasant and happy to be of service. The room was large and well-outfitted. Just beautiful! Great view, great location. The only reason I would not stay here again (other than the price) would be to go to a place with fewer--or no--children for the times when I want peace, quiet, tranquility. And I would absolutely stay here again if they added some adult-only spaces. Other than that, it was amazing. I loved it.

This hotel is really nice and the staff was VERY friendly. The only complaint that I heard every person that came down our hallway in the evening/late night. If you sleep hard, you probably wouldn't notice. The facilities are world class.

Hotel is very nice overall. Staff not as friendly or welcoming as other high end hotels I have stayed in. The outdoor pools are beautiful, but the pool water was extremely salty. Have had better experiences at other hotels.

The hotel is first class. Service is perfect. Views from room are excellent. I definitely recommend a balcony room as the never have to leave the sound of the ocean. Food was good. Pools are great. Nothing needs improvement.

The hotel was O.K. Nothing to write home about, especially for a 4 1/2 to 5 star hotel. Room was fairly small and not much to it. If you are looking for VERY quiet, this is your place. There is absolutely nothing going on at this hotel. It would have been nice to atleast have some music out by the bar near the pool. It was quit dead at this hotel. Staffwas however, very good.

Every staff member at the hotel was very nice and went out of their way to accomate our needs. This is not a huge property, which is nice. The service at the pool was better than excellent. I would go back to this hotel again.

This hotel is awesome! It is a few miles from all the discos. You can walk to a few restaurants. Only stay here if you like being treated like royalty. Our only complaint is the $25 per day internet charge which is ridiculous. The pool area is fantastic! We would LOVE to stay here again on our next trip to Cancun.
