The Moon Palace Resort was top notch. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff are by far the nicest and most helpful people. The dining options are great as well, there are 12 restaurants to chose from with a variety of diffrent cuisine. There are plenty of activites offered so you are sure not to be bored. The location is perfect, approximately ten minutes from Cancun airport and off of the hotel zone.

My 4-day 3-night stay at Moon Palace was fabulous! I was superbly impressed with the staff's above-average friendliness & excellent customer service. Each staff member definitely went out of their way to meet customer's needs. Now, for the hotel imenities...blown away! The rooms were wonderful & always clean...I got way more than what I expected for that price. Also, I attended a wedding, and the whole ceremony, as well as the reception went wonderful & was beautiful!

This is my second time to Cancun. All of the other hotels are cluttered together and there isn't any room to breathe. This hotel is self contained on tons of land with beautiful landscaping. In fact, it is so large that in order to get from on lobby to another they have a bus that continually transports people to the other lobby every 15 minutes. My only dissatisfaction was with the massage I got while down there. I didn't really think that it was worth the money. Would pick this hotel once more if I ever go back to Cancun.

The Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort offered our family every possible amenity to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, spacious, well decorated and welcoming. Restaurants were diverse in their culinary fare and the quality and quantity ranged from good to excellent. We did not find one restaurant that served below average food. The staff were very friendly, helpful, attentive and extremely polite. Customer service is the first priority of all staff at the Moon Palace as everyone responded with it's my pleasure. The resort offers a fitness center, beautifully kept grounds, sparkling pools, numerous pool chairs, beach service, golf cart service throughout the resort and excellent room service. The only minor drawback at the hotel were the long waits at the front desk for those trying to check-in. All in all, this vacation was the best and most memorable family vacation. Our thanks to the staff at Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort.

Over all our stay was very comfortable. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and try very hard to satisfy their customers if they could only understand English. We had a lot of problems communicating with the staff in the hospitality group, the ones who help you schedule and book all your activities outside and within the hotel grounds. We had 3 instinces where things were not as we were told they would at the time of scheduling the activity, regarding the price. Of course it was always a hidden charge we weren't made aware of. I guess since we were in their country maybe we need to learn Spanish.....

First, the hotel is just 5 to 10 minutes from the airport. The staff were extremely polite and were always happy to accomodate. It seemed as though they went above and beyond the call of duty. Hotel was very clean inside and out. The grounds were super huge and plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. About 15 restaurants to choose from and a bar everywhere that you went.

This resort was absolutely amazing! My new husband and I went there for our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We were waited on hand and foot by the hotel staff who answered everything with It's a pleasure. The pools were beautiful, there were palm trees everywhere, there was a white sandy beach right in front of the whole resort- everything was gorgeous! We had an ocean-front room with a huge jacuzzi tub right by the balcony- we could see the ocean from our bed and from the tub! This trip was entirely worth what we paid for it!! We did not want to leave when the week was over and we plan to go back next year if we can!!!

Moon Palace is a resort of exceptional professional when it comes to their staff. The room that I had was not waht I expected. It was larger the flat screen TV was my type of TV. The jacuzzi was outstanding. The scenery outside my patio was breath taking. I had a wonderful view of the ocean. This was a trip I will always treasure.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a friends wedding. We felt at home the minute we walked through the door. We were treated like kings and queens by the staff. The staff was very informative and every time we called with a request or concern it was promptly answered or returned. I LUVED IT!!! Beautiful room and view!!! Couldn't have asked for much more, but a longer stay!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel we stayed at. The beach was very nice it was the water that was a sea weedy but they are continously working on cleaning it up. We stayed mostly at the pool side and in the pool which, in my opinion, was the place to be anyway. The staff was excellent. We had a couple minor little things go wrong, i.e coffee pot didn't work correctly, and they correct the problem. The selection of restaurants on the property was fantastic and the food was great. You could get about anything type of food one would every want. Plus they had a fabulous buffet to go with the nice restaurants. My only suggestions would be a little better nightly shows. We did see one comedian who was great. The other nightly entertainment was a little below par. They should also supply more transportation to downtown Cancun. We had a wonderful week's stay at the resort and are definitely thinking of going back in the near future.

This was our first time staying at Moon Palace but our 2nd time staying at a Palace Resorts hotel. Both times were amazing. We stayed in the Villas near the golf course. The room was not near the beach or pools but the hotel offers golf carts that constantly run to pick you up in front of your room. It was door to door service which was conveinent since the property is so big. The food was fabulous with 13 restaurants. We enjoyed sushi, seafood, Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, etc... I recommend the a la carte restaurants for dinner since you can eat at the buffets for breakfast and lunch. For cocktails there are plenty of frozen colorful drinks.

I still feel uneasy because they would not give us a receipt when we checked out. Can you assure us it was all inclusive...I still can't believe it was soooooooo wonderful. I'm concerned there could be extra charges we don't owe and I don't want my husband to say told you so. This was the most beautiful room I've stayed in during my entire life. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. Since it was our 45th anniversary they also sent cake & champagne to our room. The only time I felt bad was when we ate lunch at the resort on the Tulum tour. An older fellow at the bar made a remark to his two young co-workers then they all laughed at me. I had asked for a virgin pina colada and I was embarrassed by their rude behavior. However, at our hotel everyone was especially nice. Even when we decided we didn't have the time to listen to the salestalk and take the tour with them.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel in Cancun. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and we received great service! The entire hotel and setting is beautiful! This is a top notch, high-class hotel, with casual attire fine, which we found to be nice since we were there to relax. Most restaurants here don't require reservations. We were able to drop in to eat at our convenience. Most restaurants casual attire. Rock climbing wall and large mini-golf course. Although a very nice setting, there is very little swimming in the ocean here. Seaweed collected and machines to clean up seaweed came by a few times per day. Many beautiful swimming pools situated close to the ocean. This hotel is great for relaxation. Go elsewhere for night-time entertainment. What they had for night entertainment when we were there was a Karoake show, marachi? band and card game night in the bar. A few things, but not a party zone. Still highly recommend the hotel. About 15 min. from the Cancun airport. It was convenient that a bus leaves every 10 minutes or so from the front of the hotel to visit sister hotel which is a 5 min. ride away to experience those restaurants, pools, a few more similar night entertainment options, etc. They wern't pushy at all, but we elected to listen to a 90 minute sales presentation where they try to sell a 50 week vacation package. We received $300.00 in resort credit for doing it. We used it for 2 free massages and $100.00 of it towards the gift shop. Very nice hotel.

We went to the moon palace because my son was getting married there. We had been to Cancun before so I had a idea of what to expect. After arriving at the moon palace I found this was not anything like where we had stayed before. We were met as we got out of the taxi and we were assisted from that time until we were taken to our room. The bell person explained everything we need to know about the room , resort and what was included (which was everything)The choice of food was great and tasted as good( they even give tours of the kicthen) you can call your own drink and what brand it is made with. all the rooms seemed to overlook the ocean with a balcony. The golf course was great as was the spa. The rate I paid even included near by trips. I am sure there could be nicer resorts but it would be hard pressed to find them. I will be going back in the winter.
