| NH Puebla is a modern, European style hotel only two blocks from the zocolo, the most central part of this ancient city with shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as, a variety of local activities and street vendors. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well maintained daily by the housekeeping staff. Desk, two chairs, mini-bar, in-room safe, internet access in lobby area. Not many travellers ... seemed to be used for business meetings. Breakfast buffet in lobby restaurant offered a wide variety of items and was hotel priced i.e.($48 US dollars for 4). Local restaurants on the same block were more modestly priced($25 US dollars for 4). The staff were very friendly and more than helpful. They helped to arrange daily cabs for local trips and van service for a full day excursion to Mexico City, 2 hours away. They were extremely patient and considerate with the limited Spanish we spoke. Most of the staff spoke some English. The pool area was clean with limited seating. The roof top bar was not open when we visited, but beverages were provided by the lobby bar for us during our afternoon swim. Unfortunately, since we visited in July during the rainy season, we had only fleeting views of the local vocanoes from this roof top vantage point. We would definitely return to NH Puebla the next time we visit our daughter...cost, cleanliness, location ....all worthwhile. |

| Excellent location. Able to walk to Zocalo in minutes and many nearby restaurants, markets, shops of all variety. Helpful staff who spoke English. Easy internet access in business area. Helped with local travel arrangements. Great, clean bathroom and shower. Nice room that had a personal safe which was handy. Bed was like a slab of marble but clean linens. Airconditioner worked well. Lots of noise from hallway, elevator, rooms next door. Nice pool but closed--too cold to swim. Bar and restaurant looked good but ate with friends other places. Parking looked adequate. Will stay here again next time. |

| The NH gives you a lot of bang for your buck. The rooms are ample size and meticulously cleaned. The feel is definitely boutique with minimalist decor, yet plenty of comfort. The best perk of all was the breakfast buffet with plenty of waitstaff to ensure that all needs were met. The hotel is located within an easy walking distance from the town square and many historical sights. |

| Our expirence at this hotel was great, We arrived early at around noon. This was not a problem The front desk spoke acceptal English and made us feel welcome. We were taken to our room and explained how to use the modern techonoligy, and given a map.The roof top was small but clean, there was a bar and fitness centewr on the roof. Laundry service worked well.The resturant was very nice some of the staff did not speak English but quickly found someone that did if they did not understand us.The location was great, 2 blocks from the Zocolo (Central square)The best part was the helpfulness of the staff. |
