| Palladium was the third resort we have gone to in the Puerto Vallarta area and I must say that we will definitely be recommending it to friends and family as it was recommended to us. To expand upon my ratings:
1. cleanliness- everything was always perfect, even the gardens
2. the facilities allowed me and my husband to relax without driving my two sons of university age crazy- they spent most of their stay in the gym, disco, and by the beach or pool
3. The service was great. There was always someone to help you and if they couldn't they would immediately find somebody who could. Like most resorts, spanish is a first language so sometimes we had to repeat questions as we know how to only speak english.
4. The location is on bluffs and had breathtaking views. Everyone loved that. Supposedly even the gym was set with glass walls so you felt you were "outside". -- I preferred to actually be outside however. The tours take a little longer to get to since you are on the riviera, but we aren't really into the tourist programs so took a pass regardless, however I heard of some great snorkeling. My husband and the boys snorkeled on site and still had a great time though.
5. I think the pricing was fair, however it was quite a bit for us. We took a room for me and my husband, and another for the boys. This cost us about 7000 dollars for a week. We were set on going here as got a great recommendation and had bad experiences at another hotel in mexico and didn't want to repeat it; so were willing to pay that extra to have a great family vacation.
6. We did have the palladium suites which were very nice and in a separate area by the adult area, which was quieter without the amination crew trying to throw us into everything they were doing. We did not make very good use of our area and went "where the action was" for the boys. Everything else was well kept and up to my personal standards. Lots of space to unpack all of our stuff and the concierge was very attentive to our needs, and even allowed us to change to a room that had a better location for us within the exclusive section.
Definitely recommend and will most likely return in future vacations; lots of wonderful memories! |

| My husband and I travel to Puerto Vallarta 2 times yearly. This was the first time we stayed in Punta Mita 1hour bus ride 1.50or 35-40 minute 35.00 cab ride to downtown P.V. This was our first time staying at the Palladium. We truly had the time of our lives. The grounds were beautiful(yes quite a bit of walking this is a large resort.) The food was very good at all times of day. The staff were wonderful going out of their way to please us in all ways. The evening shows were so spectacular with a highly trained group of dancers from Venezuela. The pre and post show entertainment bands, singers, flamenco guitars in the courtyard all while enjoying the expresso and the Lattes are not to be missed with the evening ocean breezes. There is also food after you stop dancing at the disco if you choose until 5.00am . We are seasoned travelers to this area of Mexico we want to go back tommorrow if we could we so enjoyed it and our 10 day visit to the Palladium. PUnta Mita is 10min away by bus. This is a beautiful fishing village with many excellent restaurants. Enjoy |

| This is a nice complex, with very nice pools and beach. The location is too far from the airport and Puerto Vallarta. The real problem with our all-inclusive getaway was the service. The food service was very inconsistent, often being out of many items at peak times. Example: At "Barbeque on the Beach", a scheduled time, the barbeque was in short supply, only chicken and red sausage(at a barbeque?) were available. Desserts were in very short supply. This was also often the case at the main food buffet or the altenative Snack Bar. Many items ran out quickly, there was no urgency to resupply and items such as drinks and desserts were often out and not resupplied before the end of the service times. The problem seemed to be too little help. Also, despite being on a tropical beach, there was virtually no seafood at any of the meals. There was fish and occasional immitation crab but no shrimp, scallops, calamari, etc. To be fair, dinner at the 3 restaraunts, which had to be scheduled in advance, was nicer. However, there is a very inconvenient process of standing in line on Sunday morning for hours to schedule dinners at the 3 restaurants and larger groups often could not be accomodated. Finally, this is barely a 3-star resort which charges 5 star prices. The rooms are okay, but were nothing special. The bathrooms, while clean, had items that needed service: items like loose toilet seats, bathtub stoppers that didn't wor, clunky, noisy bathroom fans that needed replacement and clothes lines that were streched out and useless. The lighting in the bathrooms was also very poor.Like I said, 2.34 Stars at 5 Star prices. |

| this the worse hotel service we ever had, the hotel is really nice but the service, from the minute we steped in to the hotel the security will see you as a intruder not even a smile ,then wen we got to the front desk we ask the person there that if we can have a room in the lower level because my mother cant use the stairs sinse there is no elevator the guy really impolite told us that the rooms were preasing, the drinks are really bad all of the botles they have I have never seen in my life, the only really nice part of the trip is the entreteinment and the food is ok, one day wen we got back from the pool to our room and it was full of water due to a toilete leak, On the all inclusive you are entitle to one formal diner at one of the 3 or 4 restaurants and you need to make reservations well I tried to the same day but they told me that they were full till tree days later that was the day that we were living, another thing I notised is that mostlly all the fire extinguishers were discharged, well this was the worse vacation ever so please dont go too this hotel |

| This was one of the best experiences we have had at an all inclusive resort. The food was wonderful and the service was so friendly. This was a great place to take the whole family. |

| Although I was unaware of the stairs, hotel being on cliffs overlooking cove beach, my husband and I were able to easily cope. This was the most beautiful, relaxing, fun, enjoyable vacation we have ever taken! I VERY much enjoyed being on the OCEAN, and the surf was AWESOME! Food was excellent, specialty restaurants SUPERIOR (the flaming coffee especially!), entertainment fun. Part of what appealed to us as well was the location, far from the noise and lights and fuss of town!! We de-stressed and relaxed and really enjoyed it! |
