It is a very good hotel with all the comfort you might be looking for. Unfortunately the location is not one of the best, but it still makes a good choice.

The entire staff was wonderful! They helped us setting up tours as well as gave us wonderful recommendations to fantastic restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

Generally fair hotel for a 3 star, not inline with other 4 star hotels.

Surprisingly quiet considering it is in a busy area. Good value.

It is on Avenida Revolution, one of the busiest street, only 4 blocks from the Mall, Casino, Cinemex movies, TGIF, Starbucks and also 2 blocks from local flavors taco stands, numerous market behind the hotel, one way street makes it easy to go around, taxis, city bus. Absolutely free WiFi to all, not a dime charged. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, open terrace in the middle added some nice atmosphere, I have never dine at the breakfast buffet because it is American style, I like local flavors when I am travel, tired of the usual eggs, ham waffles. Just around the corner you can get freshly squeeze orange juice for $7 pesos roughly 55 cents US.

Clean, cozy and nice hotel with extremely expensive services such as phone calls or laptop computer rentals. Internet in the business center is free only for 30 minutes a day!

I would go back anytime, rooms are very charming and comfortable, the bath tube is huge, the staff is very efficient and the location is convenient (but not "nice" and fancy). The architecture is very nice from the inside and the view of the city is breath taking. They also have a nice bar. I would give this hotel a star rating of about 3.5. Better than all the Radisson hotels I went to in Canada or US.

I was not given the room I requested, king sized beds, non-smoking. I was put in a room with two double beds on the second floor on the busy avenue. It was too noisy so I requested a change of room. I was given a change of room and instead of street noise I got to listen to the lounge entertainment every night. Karaoke of Carpenter songs is not my idea of entertainment. The restaurant service was atrocious. We had to wait for at least 15 minutes each time for someone to come to the table and offer us coffee. The "fancy restaurant" on the first floor off the lobby had horrible food. I could not eat the meal. There was one other table occupied with one man. After eating there I can see why it is not more popular. The last comment I want to make is about the concierge of the hotel. He was most accommodating in meeting my requests but twice he set up taxi service where he told me it would be one charge and then the taxi drivers told me a charge that was much more. The first time I complained to him and he said he was sorry for the confusion that he should have made the charges clearer. The second time was for the taxi that took us to the airport. The driver wanted twice what was quoted. I have written an email to the concierge telling him of my disappointments would recommend that you remove this hotel from your web site. Thank you for giving me the chance to tell you about my stay at the Radisson Hotel Flamingos.
